About The Position
Intellect is a global mental health tech company operating in over 100 markets, partnering with employers, insurers, and governments to provide coaching, counselling, and therapy services. They are expanding their EAP provider network and seeking coaches, counsellors, and psychologists. Intellect offers flexibility for individuals looking to supplement their private practice or pursue a full-time career.
Requirements
- Counsellors: Master’s in Counselling, Counselling Psychology
- 1–3 years of supervised counselling experience
- Clinical Psychologists: Master’s in Clinical Psychology
- 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice, post Masters.
Nice To Haves
- Background in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory)
- Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience
- Additional languages
- Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations, offering general advice only (not treatment)
- Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
