About The Position

This role involves overseeing nursing programs, advising staff, and directing patient care in alignment with clinical policies and procedures. The coordinator will develop, document, and manage the implementation of comprehensive therapy and care plans. Additionally, they will supervise nursing staff, coordinate the acquisition of necessary medical equipment and operational resources, and ensure the proper coordination, assembly, and maintenance of all required medical and operational records.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
• 3 years of clinical experience as a RN

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing programs, advise staff, and direct patient care aligned with clinical policies and procedures.

• Coordinate, assemble, and maintain all necessary medical and operational records as mandated.
