The Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for assigned behavioral health programs and multidisciplinary teams. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, workforce development, operational performance, and achievement of departmental goals. Using evidence-based, strengths-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive practices, the Clinical Program Supervisor oversees service delivery, supports employee development, promotes quality improvement, and ensures alignment with Valle del Sol's mission, values, and strategic priorities. The Clinical Program Supervisor directly supervises assigned staff and collaborates with Clinical Team Leads, providers, operational leaders, and community partners to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Clinical Program Supervisors may be assigned to one or more specialty populations, service lines, or care settings. Program assignments and responsibilities may change based on organizational needs and may include General Mental Health (GMH), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Birth to Five/Early Childhood Services, Substance Use Treatment, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), School Based, Integrated Behavioral Health, and other specialty programs.
