About The Position

The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with the REACH management team to provide overall management, supervision, and program development of a REACH community-based team. This role ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. The position involves developing and maintaining working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Additionally, the role includes providing direct services to individuals served.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field.
  • Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track master’s program.
  • At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses.
  • Ability to register as License eligible is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred.
  • Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
