About The Position

The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with the REACH management team to provide overall management, supervision, and program development of a REACH community-based team. This role ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. The position involves developing and maintaining working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Additionally, the role includes providing direct services to individuals served.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field.
Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track master’s program.
At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses.
Ability to register as License eligible is required.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience is preferred.
State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred.
