About The Position

The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using evidence, technology, and feedback to evaluate, plan, develop, and operationalize future department and organizational needs. This role will evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. The role will lead and serve as an expert resource, collaborating with stakeholders across the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of the STOC's program. The role will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate processes for effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. This role will oversee compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements efficiently and reliably. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. If the bachelor’s degree is not in Nursing, then the master’s degree must be in Nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
  • 3 years of Leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or closely related field (degree earned, or actively in process).
  • If Master’s degree does not have an educational focus, additional educational academic experience.
  • 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning, execution.
  • 5 years of experience in large, complex program management roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.
