The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using evidence, technology, and feedback to evaluate, plan, develop, and operationalize future department and organizational needs. This role will evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. The role will lead and serve as an expert resource, collaborating with stakeholders across the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of the STOC's program. The role will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate processes for effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. This role will oversee compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements efficiently and reliably.
