Requirements

• Experience in the medical-technical field, ideally in the area of diabetes.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convey complex content understandably.
• High willingness to travel and flexibility to optimally support customers on-site.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
• Good English skills for communication with international colleagues.
• Valid driver's license Class B.

Responsibilities

• You are the point of contact and trainer for medical professionals, conduct product training, and confidently impart knowledge on how to use Kaleido.
• You accompany patients and practice teams during the introductory phase and ensure a smooth user experience.
• You provide technical support to the account management team in the sales process and contribute your expertise.
• You professionally present Kaleido at trade fairs, conferences, and training events.
• You systematically collect feedback from the market and contribute suggestions for improvement to our product development.
• You work closely with sales, support, and marketing – as part of an interdisciplinary team with a shared vision.
