The Clinical Services Supervisor is a leadership position within the outpatient mental health program responsible for supporting high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive behavioral health services. This role combines clinical supervision, programmatic support, direct service provision, and administrative leadership to ensure excellence in client care and compliance with regulatory standards. The Clinical Services Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision to staff and interns, supports crisis management and high-risk case review, and serves as a key partner to the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing daily program operations. This position maintains a select clinical caseload while ensuring staff are supported in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. The Clinical Services Supervisor also plays an integral role in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff development, referral coordination, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role includes providing leadership coverage in the absence of the Director of Clinical Services.
