About The Position

The Clinical Practice Operations Supervisor in Naperville is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Orthopaedics clinics at Rickert and Spalding. This full-time role involves managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate resources, monitoring productivity and quality, and handling human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, and discipline. The supervisor also plays a key role in patient satisfaction by addressing complaints and representing the practice within the Duly Health and Care management team and the community.

Requirements

  • Current IL RN License or Current MA Clinical Experience required
  • If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates and or Bachelor's degree in Health care or Business Management preferred
  • Prefer a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in a health care setting

Responsibilities

  • Participates in planning discussions with input into goals for the Practice, focusing on schedules of staff and physicians to ensure resources are available to meet anticipated daily workloads.
  • Assesses work against expected outcomes, including productivity, quality, and timeliness. Tracks and trends work outcomes and recommends improvements in work processes.
  • Hires, orients, and trains staff. Conducts performance appraisals, coaches, and disciplines staff. Ensures work expectations, Duly, and Practice policies are communicated and responsibilities are understood. Seeks guidance and support from the Practice Manager in managing staff.
  • Responds to patient complaints and works to resolve them, appropriately involving the Practice Manager if resolution cannot be reached.
  • Serves as a member of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates. May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees. Acts as a representative of Duly Health and Care in the community at large.
