About The Position

The Clinical Practice Operations Supervisor - Westmont - Orthopaedics is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the potential need to start earlier or work later. This role requires travel to various clinic sites including Westmont MOB, Westmont Pasquinelli, Lombard, and Elmhurst. The position requires clinical experience and is part of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates. They may participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees and act as a representative of Duly Health and Care in the community.

Requirements

  • Current IL RN License
  • Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA
  • If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates and or Bachelor's degree in Health care or Business Management preferred
  • Prefer a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in a health care setting

Responsibilities

  • Participates in planning discussions with input into goals for the Practice, focusing on staff and physician schedules to ensure resources meet anticipated daily workloads.
  • Assesses work against expected outcomes such as productivity, quality, and timeliness, tracking and trending work outcomes, and recommending improvements in work processes.
  • Hires, orients, and trains staff; conducts performance appraisals, coaches and disciplines staff; ensures work expectations, Duly, and Practice policies are communicated and responsibilities are understood; seeks guidance from the Practice Manager in managing staff.
  • Responds to patient complaints and works to resolve them, involving the Practice Manager if resolution cannot be reached.
  • Acts as a member of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates.
  • May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees.
  • Serves as a representative of Duly Health and Care in the community at large.
