As the Clinical & Practice Operations Manager, you will partner with the Operations & Clinical Leaders to scale Manatee’s practice and provider base while maintaining quality and efficiency. This role ensures our provider experience is organized, structured, and continuously improved — enabling clinicians and the broader team to do their best work and families to have a seamless experience — making a direct impact on children and families across the US. About the Role: The north star for this role is ensuring the practice is running smoothly specific to provider onboarding, practice workflows, and administration. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and has experience supporting key workflows within a healthcare practice (provider onboarding, clinical licensure, compliance and partnering with payers). You are not afraid to take action and proactively take steps to improve employee and patient experience. Non-negotiables: Experience with submitting and maintaining clinician state licensure This is a hands-on operations role - not exclusively strategy or people-management (opportunity for growth at a later financing stage) You will own payer engagement, provider onboarding, and provider licensure This is a lean environment without dedicated administrative support - must be willing to do the hands-on operational and administrative work (setting up systems in place to ensure consistency and minimize administrative burden is encouraged)
