Manatee is a family-first, virtual clinic providing child, family and parent therapy, and tools to empower modern families. As the Practice Operations Manager, you will partner with the Operations & Clinical Leaders to scale Manatee’s practice and provider base while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role ensures our clinical operations, people experience, and service delivery processes are structured, documented, measurable, and continuously improved — enabling clinicians and the broader team to do their best work and families to have a seamless experience - making a direct impact on children and families across the US. About the Role: This role focuses on execution and enablement — building the processes, workflows, and operating cadence that support a seamless provider and client experience as the practice scales. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity, improving workflows, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. You are not afraid to take action and proactively take steps to improve employee and patient experience.
