Requirements

  • At least three years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Minimum of three years nursing or relevant clinical experience required, preferably in the ambulatory setting.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
  • Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
  • Current RN licensure in RI is required.
  • Current BLS certification is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
  • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of Care Center leadership, manage the operations of assigned practice(s) consistent with the strategic vision of the organization.
  • Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
  • Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff.
  • Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.
