As an educator for the resource team you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and safe environment for both staff and patients. You will be responsible for curriculum development, classroom instruction, clinical training, assessment, mentorship, staying updated on healthcare advancements, collaboration with institutions, and engaging in research to enhance nursing education and improve patient care.
