About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacy Account Director is responsible for building client relationships. This role includes responding to client inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of reports, and leading discussions between business units and clients. The director also provides ongoing support, manages ad hoc requests, and partners with key stakeholders for effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess clinical account management experience, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and gaps. Comfortable analyzing client data and experience in supporting commercial as well as Medicare business are essential, as are strong communication and presentation skills. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. Alternate locations may be considered. Ideally looking for talent in Pacific and Mountain time. Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Clinical account management experience.

  • Comfortable analyzing client data.
  • Experience in supporting commercial as well as Medicare business.

Nice To Haves

  • A PharmD, and active Pharmacy license in any state is highly preferred.
  • Proven clinical account management experience in pharmacy is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office products Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word strongly preferred.
