Requirements
- PharmD Pharmacy, Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Upon Hire
- Texas Pharmacist Registered
Nice To Haves
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
