About The Position
In this role, you will take the lead on core clinical pharmacy services, including: Antibiotic stewardship and therapeutic drug monitoring, Medication consults and drug information support, Renal dosing adjustments and clinical interventions, Verification and dispensing of medication orders, Sterile IV admixture preparation, and Patient and staff education on safe medication practices. You will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy and work closely with nurses, physicians and other clinical team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas
- IV certification required
- Hospital internship rotation

- Hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
