Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required
- Active Florida Pharmacist License required
Nice To Haves
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients
- Review, verify, and dispense medications and IV therapies
- Conduct pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetic consultations
- Monitor medication safety, adverse drug reactions, and medication errors
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical initiatives, patient care rounds, and quality improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and best practices
