About The Position
This role collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist position is to perform professional, clinical tasks that will ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results for optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
- Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
- ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
- 1 year - inclusive of residency training (Residency Training - PGY1 = 3yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience)
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association
