About The Position

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying medication orders for wholly owned acute care hospitals and Texas Health Recovery and Wellness center. Candidate will also be supporting the ongoing expansion of discharge medication reconciliation process. This role also participates in many ad hoc projects to support system pharmacy operations and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy required or
Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred and
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
5 Years Experience as a hospital pharmacist with expertise or training in specialty area preferred
Experience with CareConnect 1 (epic) system strongly preferred.
PHAR - Pharmacist upon hire required
