About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. This role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. Requirements
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy with residency or Pharm D degree from accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida.
- Prior clinical experience in retail, specialty, or hospital pharmacy required.
