The Cancer Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center provides advanced cancer care through personalized treatment, clinical excellence, and compassionate, patient-centered care. The Pharmacy Department is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to support inpatient hematology/oncology services. The Clinical Pharmacist II will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Key responsibilities include clinical review and verification of chemotherapy treatment plans, and management of supportive care medications. This position also includes opportunities to support patient and provider education, contribute to clinical initiatives, and serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and trainees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in hematology/oncology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, team-based care.
