About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care (nights) at PSVMC provides care to patients in our Medical-Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, Neurocritical Care Unit, Level III NICU, and ED. The clinical pharmacist rounds and works closely with the multidisciplinary MICU team overnight. They respond to adult and pediatric medical emergencies throughout the hospital. Our overnight Clinical Pharmacists work 10-hour shifts 7-on/7-off. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and at least 2 years of experience as a critical care pharmacist
• At least 4 years of experience as a critical care pharmacist
