About The Position
This role provides foundational pharmacy services, including medication order verification, dispensing oversight, drug information support, and basic patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist reviews the accuracy and appropriateness of medications prepared and dispensed by pharmacy personnel and serves as a drug information resource to physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital personnel. This position supports safe, accurate, and efficient medication use throughout the hospital.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required

- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Responsibilities
