AP/CP Pathologist
About The Position
Laboratory Medicine Consultants Ltd. (an affiliate of Sonic Healthcare USA) is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Clinical Pathologist to join our dynamic, multi-specialty practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will serve as the Medical Director for a clinical core laboratory servicing a six-hospital healthcare system. Responsibilities include the oversight of clinical laboratory testing at the core lab and at the "stat" laboratories located at each hospital site. This role places a major emphasis on Transfusion Medicine and Microbiology.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Clinical Pathology (CP or AP/CP).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clinicians, administrators, and laboratory staff.
Nice To Haves
- A fellowship in Transfusion Medicine and/or Microbiology is preferred.
- Strong clinical experience and demonstrated competency in Transfusion Medicine and Microbiology subdisciplines.
