About The Position

Immortals is a health care company focused on preventive health and extending healthy lifespan through advanced diagnostics and therapeutics. They deliver personalized, concierge-level medicine in-home and on-site across Los Angeles. The company is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to manage the operational aspects of their in-person and in-home care. This role requires a hands-on individual with a clinical background who can ensure seamless and efficient delivery of care by managing equipment, scheduling, inventory, and coordination between members, clinicians, and the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and comfortable navigating Los Angeles.

Requirements

  • Clinical background in the medical world.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, but other strong clinical/medical operations backgrounds (paramedic/EMT, MA, surgical tech, clinical coordinator) will be considered for an exceptional candidate.
  • Relentlessly detail-oriented.
  • High agency and proactive.
  • Operates like an owner: anticipates, initiates, and closes loops without being chased.
  • Early, reliable, and unflappable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, member-first presence appropriate to a concierge environment.
  • Comfortable driving across Los Angeles.
  • Valid CA driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle.
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and set up equipment and to be on the move throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in concierge, longevity, precision/preventive medicine, or home-based clinical care.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, point-of-care testing, or imaging logistics.
  • Comfort with modern scheduling, EHR, and inventory/asset-tracking software.

Responsibilities

  • Transport, set up, calibrate, and break down medical and diagnostic equipment for in-home and on-site visits.
  • Ensure all medical equipment is functional, charged, cleaned, and ready before clinician arrival.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues on the spot and resolve them.
  • Build and manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple members, clinicians, and locations across Los Angeles.
  • Sequence visits considering geography, traffic, and clinical priority.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate timing, access, and logistics to ensure visits run on schedule.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of equipment, supplies, samples, and consumables.
  • Manage inventory par levels and reordering.
  • Ensure accurate chain-of-custody for specimens and sensitive materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact between members, clinicians, and the team.
  • Prepare and organize materials, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Anticipate the needs of the clinical team and the member experience.
