  • High agency and proactive.
  • Early, reliable, and unflappable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a professional, discreet, member-first presence appropriate to a concierge environment.
  • Comfortable driving across Los Angeles — valid CA driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends as member care requires.
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and set up equipment and to be on the move throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in concierge, longevity, precision/preventive medicine, or home-based clinical care.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, point-of-care testing, or imaging logistics.

  • Ensure every device is functional, charged, cleaned, and visit-ready before the clinician arrives.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues on the spot and own the resolution.
  • Build and manage daily and weekly schedules across multiple members, clinicians, and locations throughout LA.
  • Sequence visits intelligently around geography, traffic, and clinical priority; proactively resolve conflicts and last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate timing, access, and logistics so each visit runs precisely on schedule.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of equipment, supplies, samples, and consumables.
  • Own par levels and reordering; never let a visit be compromised by a missing item.
  • Manage chain-of-custody for specimens and sensitive materials with total accuracy.
  • Serve as a reliable, polished point of contact between members, clinicians, and the broader team.
  • Prepare and organize materials, documentation, and follow-ups with precision.
