About The Position

Noom is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support and scale Noom Med’s clinical programs, including GLP-1Rx and broader medication fulfillment initiatives. This role combines clinical operations management, vendor coordination, and program implementation to ensure seamless care delivery across patients, clinicians, pharmacies, labs, and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and project management experience, with the ability to translate clinical workflows into scalable processes and systems while driving cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, product operations, digital health, or clinical research
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of relevant education
  • Experience managing clinical projects and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement complex initiatives
  • Ability to translate clinical needs into technical and operational solutions
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals, pharmacy representatives, and patients
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency, including hands-on experience working with clinical systems and digital healthcare platforms, including EMRs
  • Empathy and professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders and internal team members

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure seamless coordination across patients, clinicians, Care Coordinators, pharmacies, and labs
  • Act as a key liaison across stakeholders, resolving issues and improving the patient and clinician experience
  • Support CX and Care Coordination teams as an escalation point for complex cases
  • Lead implementation of clinical programs, workflows, and tools from planning through launch
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build, test, and deploy clinical solutions
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation to support scalable operations
  • Own vendor relationships, managing performance through KPIs and SLAs
  • Support PC operations including vendor management, compliance, and licensure requirements
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Adapt and evolve responsibilities to meet the changing needs of Noom Med as the organization grows
