About The Position

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day CloudClinic operations, staff management, patient scheduling, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency of processes, exceptional patient experiences, and support achievement of improved patient outcomes. This role involves ensuring adherence to quality assurance measures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Health Management, or similar degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven field experience as a clinical front line healthcare staff member
  • Minimum 3+ years in people and operations management position
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following clinical settings: clinics, primary care, urgent care, emergency department (ED), intensive care unit (ICU), or inpatient (I/P) step-down units.
  • Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Excellent remote and in-person communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with colleagues.
  • A confident, curious, and agile learner, capable of rapidly adapting to new technologies and innovative healthcare models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to create a comfortable, safe, and empathetic environment for patients and employees, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude, coupled with a passion for revolutionizing healthcare.
  • A hands-on, can-do personality, driven to contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of medical or office equipment unassisted.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day in-clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage scheduling to optimize clinic capacity, efficiency, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor quality assurance measures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinic inventory and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and efficient inventory control.
  • Recruit, hire, and support onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring confidence and learning competencies
  • Provide opportunities for staff development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify operational gaps, leverage cross functional partners and teams to pursue resolution and SOP creation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Partner with external customers to support the patient experience and customer relationship.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and opportunities for improvement when appropriate.
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations and medic teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze clinic data to identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems used in the clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including patients, providers, staff, customers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Address and resolve issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
