We’re the first and Canada's only national 24/7, free, confidential, and multilingual e-mental health service for youth and a global leader in innovation for youth and their well-being. We’re seeking a Full-Time, 16-Weeks intern to join the Clinical Operations team to help give more young people’s feelings a place to go. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Operations & Technology, the successful candidate will support the Clinical Operations department through process improvement, operational excellence, knowledge management, and ongoing project initiatives. The intern will work with subject matter experts to develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs), document and streamline workflows, and enhance the team's SharePoint site as a centralized resource hub. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, process development, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational improvement, while contributing to initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and quality in service delivery for young people across Canada.
