About The Position

The Clinical Operations Analyst supports the daily work of the Clinical Operations team, where physicians use Massive Bio’s AI-powered platform to review patient records, assess clinical trial eligibility, and support matched patients from referral to enrollment. The analyst tracks how the work is progressing, identifies where cases slow down or drop off, and helps the team address those issues. The role works closely with Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, and internal teams supporting patients through screening and enrollment. Massive Bio is open to candidates with a broad range of experience levels. The role monitors the referral-to-enrollment process across active trials, reviews the quality and turnaround of clinical review work, and maintains operational trackers, dashboards, and reports. It also applies oncology clinical knowledge to complex eligibility cases, creates and maintains SOPs and training materials, and translates recurring operational issues into improvements to AI-driven patient-to-trial matching workflows.
