The Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) is an oncology diagnostics sales role responsible for establishing, developing, and growing a designated geography to exceed sales goals. The COS will create a strategic territory plan and manage all business results and ROI, including daily sales activity, new account acquisition, retaining existing customers while growing sales, implementing cross-functional initiatives, effectively utilizing resources, and establishing processes for appropriate patient identification and treatment management. This will be achieved through developing trusted relationships, educating physicians and accounts, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions.
