This position is a hybrid opportunity for Oncology Pharmacists residing and licensed in the State of Florida. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist will serve as a member of the central services team, delivering best-in-class pharmaceutical support to all clinical staff. The incumbent will ensure therapeutic medication monitoring, protocol management, medication information, education, and performance improvement for safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. Working collaboratively with Hematology/Oncology physicians and nursing staff, the pharmacist coordinates the drug therapy process for the Hematology/Oncology patient population, which may include drug selection (utilizing genetic/biomarker testing), drug information, dosing, monitoring, outcomes management, and retrospective drug utilization monitoring and compliance. Support for new regimen builds and inquiries is also provided.
