About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for UH Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This leadership role supports a large, complex healthcare environment, including a Level 1 trauma center and growing specialty services, with a focus on advancing clinical nutrition programs, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential with Ohio licensure
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare or acute care setting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition practices, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and support program growth in a complex health system environment
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for clinical nutrition services across inpatient units and specialty programs
  • Manage and support a team of Registered Dietitians, including staffing, development, and performance guidance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, including malnutrition identification and reimbursement optimization
  • Support growth and operational needs of expanding programs, including oncology, transplant, and women and children's services
  • Participate in committees and strategic initiatives to advance clinical nutrition services across the health system
