About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Parkview Health, a large and growing health system with 14 hospitals and exciting expansion plans underway. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this leadership role oversees clinical nutrition services across the health system, providing support and direction to dietitians and clinical nutrition leaders. The Clinical Nutrition Manager will partner with hospital leadership to advance quality patient care, support strategic initiatives, and drive consistency across multiple facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical nutrition leader to make a broad impact within a growing healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian with a strong clinical nutrition background
  • Progressive leadership experience in hospital-based clinical nutrition, including management of dietitians and clinical nutrition teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and clinical nutrition programs within a healthcare setting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with physicians, nurses, hospital leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience working in a complex health system
  • Minimum 10 years management experience
  • Minimum 10 years related functional experience
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for a large team of registered dietitians and clinical nutrition supervisors across a multi-hospital health system
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and key stakeholders to support high-quality clinical nutrition services and patient care initiatives
  • Lead clinical nutrition programs and performance improvement efforts to promote consistency, quality, and best practices across multiple facilities
  • Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and accountability
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives and help shape the future direction of clinical nutrition services across the health system
