Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at BILH Plymouth Hospital, a 187‑bed acute care facility located in Plymouth, Massachusetts . Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is a comprehensive, integrated healthcare system uniting academic medical centers, community and specialty hospitals throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. In this key leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of clinical dietitians, oversee high-quality nutrition care, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary partners to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian credential and licensure in MA
Supervisory or management experience
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
A strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners

Responsibilities

Manage the inpatient clinical nutrition program, including supervision of a team of four full-time dietitians
Advocate to expand and promote the role of clinical nutrition throughout the facility
Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development
Proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders who are integral to moving department efforts forward
Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
