The Clinical Nursing Supervisor (CNS) - Clinic is responsible for supporting the delivery of quality clinical care within the clinic setting. This role works closely with the healthcare team and physicians to ensure that triage, telephone assessments, home therapies, and patient visits are consistent with established guidelines. The CNS plays a lead role in assisting the clinical team to meet or exceed CI goals, assists physicians and associates in managing patient registries, and ensures staff adherence to documentation standards and regulatory compliance. They also support a safe environment for patients and associates, act as a role model for the Culture of Safety, and lead site clinical integration activities. The position involves independent problem-solving, critical decision-making, and taking a lead role in emergency situations. Additionally, the CNS collaborates with management and physician leadership to maintain a patient-centered environment, monitors patient satisfaction data, fosters a professional environment, ensures adequate clinical staffing, and supports practice growth initiatives. The role also assists in creating and maintaining an operationally efficient and physician/provider-friendly work environment, including onboarding new physicians/providers and rounding with them daily to address concerns.
