About The Position

Concordia Community Support Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nursing Instructor - Registered Nurse (RN) for their Cabot location. Requirements

• Current valid Pennsylvania RN license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in direct patient care.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment and software.
• Knowledge of healthcare simulation technologies and clinical training equipment.

Nice To Haves

• BSN recommended.
• Experience with healthcare simulation, educational technology, audiovisual systems, healthcare equipment, or technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently uses nursing knowledge and RN licensure to plan and deliver simulation-based education for healthcare professionals across various settings.
• Facilitates high-fidelity simulations, skills labs, and debriefing sessions based on best practices.
• Evaluates learner performance through observation and feedback to promote growth.
• Prepares and operates simulators and equipment, manages simulation software for realistic scenarios, and coordinates resources for educational programs.
• Develops setup guides, documentation, and tracks educational outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Assists with participant recruitment and travels to facilitate training events.
• Adapts content for diverse learners and develops curriculum and assessments aligned with organizational goals and standards.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and supports research in simulation-based education.
