Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam
• 3 years of labor and delivery room RN experience
• Active RN license with the state of Maryland
• BLS CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Performing and/or assisting in all clinical areas in the department.
• Assisting providers.
• Performing fetal monitoring.
• Documenting history of patients.
• Performing NST's and AFI's as requested by the provider.
• Documenting in patient's chart.
• Communicating with other professionals of the center to ensure quality care is given to the patient.
