About The Position

The Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides direct supervision to selected clinical areas and assists the practice in delivering health care to patients consistent with the practice’s policies and procedures. This role supports a busy clinic that serves Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatrics. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. The supervisor will work 40 hours per week and is expected to check in on Saturday workflow and needs one weekend every other month. As a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process, promoting safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Licensure
  • 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred
  • Outpatient experience preferred
