About The Position

Indiana University Health and Riley Children’s Health are seeking passionate, recent, and upcoming nursing graduates to join their team. The Clinical Nurse Resident program offers a comprehensive, personalized support system for new registered nurse (RN) graduates in their first nursing role, alongside nursing orientation. This program aims to provide socialization and support, enhance clinical judgment, and promote professional development. Requirements

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred (completed before start date) from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
