Clinical Nurse Partner (CNA) - TCU - Part Time - Days - 12hr ICH
About The Position
The Clinical Nurse Partner is responsible for assigned patient care tasks under the direct supervision of licensed care providers. Transports medications and requests to and from Pharmacy/Nurse on a non-routine basis when necessary. Requirements
- One year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
- Long term care experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Title 22 and OBRA regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Certified Nurse Assistant required.
- BLS required.
- Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299 required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- New hires that have completed Assaultive Behavior training outside of Emanate Health will be required to complete Emanate Health Work Place Violence online awareness module within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
