About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager/Home Care RN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to use their clinical expertise. You'll provide hands-on support to pediatric clients while leading, mentoring, and developing a team of field nurses.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2+ years of RN experience.
Recent bedside nursing experience required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning.
Home care experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments throughout Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding counties.
Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and education for field nurses.
Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
