About The Position

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care and the clinical care delivery process, as directed by the Nursing Service Director or Service Coordinator. The manager serves as a role model and resource to staff and has 24-hour accountability for the assigned department's operation.

Requirements

• BSN or MSN degree.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
• At least three years of nursing experience, including at least one year related to the unit's patient population and/or specialty.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
