About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to join our Assistive Home Care office located in West Chester, PA. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout West Chester, PA and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN required
- Home care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in the training of new caregivers and in-services for field staff.
