The Clinical Nurse Manager position is for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and/or the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). The CVICU is a 16-bed unit specializing in post-operative open-heart and cardiothoracic procedures, caring for complex patients requiring advanced therapies and technology. The SICU is a 17-bed unit dedicated to critically ill patients who are hemodynamically unstable or at risk of acute organ failure, providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment for medical-surgical, surgical, and trauma patients. The Clinical Nurse Manager is an experienced leader responsible for the overall management of assigned units and services, providing leadership and oversight of patient care staff to support a culture of excellence in clinical practice, staff engagement, recruitment and retention, and strong clinical and operational outcomes. This role ensures safe and effective delivery of patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters a supportive work environment.
