Clinical Nurse Manager
About The Position
DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. The role involves managing clinical operations, supporting the care team, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The Clinical Nurse Manager leads clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vital-sign monitoring, and treatment planning; supervises and supports nursing and patient care staff; ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards; provides direct patient care as needed; and fosters a supportive, collaborative team culture. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 12 months of clinical RN experience.
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus; willingness to lead is also noted.
