About The Position

Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager - RN – Cardiac Medicine Telemetry Stepdown Unit- Full time - Evenings. This role involves managing the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac Medicine Telemetry Stepdown at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Patient Care Director’s to establish short- and long-term goals for their units, mentoring new staff, communicating with all levels of leadership, and facilitating efficient, cost-effective unit operations. Requirements

• At least two years of acute care RN experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification thru AHA

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Cardiac Nursing Experience
