The Surgical Services department is a high-volume, high-acuity unit within a Level II Trauma Center, featuring 27 operating rooms at Main Campus and a Surgery Center, along with a dedicated vascular lab and cystoscopy suite. This department supports a broad and complex surgical case mix, including General Surgery (with da Vinci and SP robotic and bariatric programs), Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Cardiac and Vascular, Gynecology, and Plastics. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee a fast-paced perioperative environment with advanced technology, diverse specialties, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Operations will involve ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix, managing OR scheduling and staff productivity, fostering a positive culture, and mentoring emerging leaders. You will lead clinical and operational performance, drive quality, safety, and patient outcomes, and partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and executive leadership.
