About The Position
BAYADA HOSPICE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to support and guide our NHH hospice team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical quality, support our field clinicians, and ensure patients and families receive the highest standard of hospice care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice, home health, or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care
- Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses, aides, and other caregivers
- Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, and documentation
- Support clinicians with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving in the field
- Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, hospice regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG team
- Help drive a positive, supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way
