Care Dimensions is looking for a Per Diem Clinical Nurse Liaison to work at a large academic medical center in Boston. This role offers flexible workdays and hours, job-share opportunities, and the potential to grow into a full-time position —an ideal option for an experienced nurse looking for meaningful work with flexibility. As a Clinical Nurse Liaison, you’ll use your clinical expertise to help patients access hospice care at the right time. You’ll work closely with case managers, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing hospice education, evaluating patients for hospice eligibility, and helping connect patients and families with the care and support they need. This is an opportunity to combine your clinical knowledge, communication skills and relationship-building experience while working closely with one of the region’s leading healthcare systems.
